ANYONE WHO WANTS TO REGISTER

Because of all of the computer viruses and computer threats and all that crap that's out there, anyone who wishes to register will be prompted to wait until the admin activates your account. It's a safety feature I've added to the board to keep any garbage out and keep the board free and clear of problems.
