			<description>It may seem at first that pressure is something the horse is wanting but the last thing he would like to be doing is putting pressure on himself, but he doesn't know what else to do. It is our responsibility to help him overcome his problem.



This quote reminds me of when a person has a &quot;lazy&quot; horse that they overuse pressure with, further dulling the horse to pressure, instead of teaching the horse to respond to light...

Talk about TRUE! Wow. This one blew me for a loop the first time I became aware of it happening and every time after that. 



I'll be working with a horse on something...and it just doesn't seem to click. Something's off. The horse is starting to get aggitated because he's feeling that I'm not as 100% certain...so then I stop, think....okay....what if....instead of  ...</description>
